Since I purchased my new Journey, I have been to the dealership multiple times to ask simple questions...everyone has been very friendly and extremely understanding of my questions and concerns. I felt that my needs were treated with the highest of priorities regardless of my concerns. In the age where customer service has dimenished in the US, this dealership is way ahead of its competition and will go beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. Overall Time to purchase a vehicle 1-2 Hrs. Time for service(service repair) drop off 5 minutes (as soon as you pull up into the service area, there is someone available to greet you) Time for general or standard repair 40 minutes (And this was on a Saturday with multiple cars in for repair) Facility State of that art!!! Overall a great rating, every one will give you a warm hello, even the people behind the desk...

I want to thank Brian Wurst for such excellent service and explanation of my vehicles problem. He took care of me right away explained that I may be waiting for at least 2 to 4 hrs and it turns out that he made sure I was back on the road within an hour and twenty minutes. I was very impressed by this because I could be on my way to work and only be 1 hr late, just like I expected to be.
